We make supplements the way they were meant to be made. If something we sent you doesn't feel right — for any reason — we want you to know exactly how to make it right.
30-day money-back guarantee
Try any Rootswork product for 30 days. If you're not satisfied — whether the bottle is unopened or you've taken half of it — return it for a full refund of the product price. No interrogation, no fine print.
How to start a return
Email support@rootswork.store within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you're returning
- A brief note about why (this helps us improve — it's not required)
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — once your return is in transit, we can't be responsible for packages that go missing in the mail.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us at support@rootswork.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Allergic reactions
Stop use immediately and consult your healthcare provider. If you experience an adverse reaction to a Rootswork product, contact us at support@rootswork.store and we'll honour a full refund of the affected product, even outside the 30-day window.
What we can't accept
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
- Products with a tampered seal where the seal damage isn't a manufacturing fault
- More than one full-bottle refund of the same product per customer (we want to keep the guarantee real for everyone)
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing support@rootswork.store. We don't bill in advance — your next charge is your next shipment, and once cancelled you won't be billed again.
