Shipping policy
Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Where we ship
Rootswork currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we don't yet ship there — but write to us at support@rootswork.store and we'll add you to the list when we expand.
Shipping options and times
Within the United States:
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (rate calculated at checkout)
International:
- Standard international shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
- Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
These windows are estimates. Most orders arrive within the stated time, but shipping carriers occasionally experience delays we can't control.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then write to us.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost charged at checkout. We declare all packages accurately and at full value — we don't mark items as gifts.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us at support@rootswork.store within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you and the carrier to locate the package or offer a replacement.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the exact address you provide at checkout. Please double-check before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or you can pay re-shipping to have it sent to a corrected address.
